This last week I had the honor of hosting Banana Republics After5 Event at the downtown Seattle location. The event was a complete success with fantastic live music, the most delicious white sangria, and fabulous shopping.
I managed to snap some pics of the event as well as BR-styled outfits of some of the citys most stylish fashionistas. We tried on (and walked out with!) everything from floppy hats and fedoras to silk pants and glitter dresses for nights on the town. If you havent already picked up some summer staples, I highly recommend checking out BR.

After her previous fragrances: Heat and Heat Rush, singer Beyoncé is moving forward in the perfume industry and getting her third fragrance Pulse ready. Beyoncé tells PEOPLE Magazine:
Pulse is a fragrance you can wear all the time. I love the idea of a signature scent that lets a woman leave her mark wherever she goes, so I always try to make my scents appropriate for any occasion.
Pulse features pear blossom, peony, midnight blooming jasmine, Madagascar vanilla and bluebird orchid in its composition. T

Why are you excited about being Shop It To Me’s Stylist In Residence?
I’m excited to be working with Shop It To Me because it’s a site I’ve been totally hooked on for the past year. I love it for the great bargains but also because I found items I had coveted in past seasons that I thought were long gone and then I had a second chance to own them.

With its bright, cheery interiors and sophisticated, saliva-inducing styling, nothing gets our design gears going quite like the online lifestyle publication Rue. In celebration of its fifth issue, we caught up with Cofounder and Editor-in-Chief Crystal Gentilello. Not only did she dish on the makings of the magazine, she also shared her style mantra and revealed a few trends she’d just never do.
How did you decide to start Rue magazine?
My cofounder, Anne, and I saw a gap between the world of publishing and technology so we decided to launch a digital publication about something we love – design and style – to hopefully help bring those two together.
